Wyman, without provocation, punched another Airman in the face outside of a bar.

Oct. 17, a panel of officers sentenced Wyman to forfeiture of $1,500 pay per month for two months and the reduction to the grade of technical sergeant. Kennedy approved the findings and sentence in the case Nov. 6.

Airman 1st Class Ryan P. Klimczak, 28th Civil Engineer Squadron, pled guilty to one charge with one specification of wrongful use of testosterone, a Schedule III controlled substance, and one charge with one specification of violating a lawful general order by wrongfully using spice, an intoxicating substance, on more than one occasion, in a manner to alter mood or function at a special court martial convened by Kennedy, Oct. 21.

Oct. 21, a military judge sentenced Klimczak to forfeiture of $1,010 pay per month for two months, the reduction to the grade of airman basic and to be confined for two months. Kennedy approved the findings and sentence in the case Nov. 8.

Airman Matthew K. Schnobrich, 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron, pled guilty to wrongfully distributing photographs of the private area of a person and wrongfully communicating a threat at a special court martial convened by Kennedy, Sept. 5.

Schnobrich threatened to ruin the reputation of the victim via a text message. He then posted revealing photographs of the victim as well as her cell phone number to a public website. Hundreds of people viewed the post before it was removed by the site, and a number of strangers contacted the victim with harassing text messages and calls.

On Sept. 5, a military judge sentenced Schnobrich to forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, to be reduced to the grade of airman basic, and to be confined for two months.

Kennedy approved the findings and sentence in the case Sept. 27.
