Fallen OSI Airman’s life honored with building dedication, memorial pillar

A monument dedicated to Special Agent Peter Taub, a member of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Detachment 816, stands in Memorial Park at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Oct. 18, 2016. In addition to an engraved monument, a building dedication ceremony was held Oct. 21 in honor of Taub, who was killed during an attack by a suicide bomber on a motorcycle near Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Dec. 21, 2015.
