CES Airmen walk on water

Tech. Sgt. Teddy Wagoner, a program management non-commissioned officer in charge assigned to the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron, drills a hole through an iced over lake at the Prairie Ridge golf course, in Box Elder, S.D., Feb. 14, 2017. Drilling through the ice allows water level measurements to be taken and compared through different seasons.
