Sports physicals for children
ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --
The 28th Medical Group will provide free children sports physicals Aug. 11, 2011 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
The physical is not a benefit under TRICARE, and when done by a civilian provider, is not reimbursable.
Appointments can be made by calling the appointment line at 385-6700.
To expedite the process, parents need to ensure their child's immunizations are current, and bring a copy of their child's immunization record to the appointment. The immunization clinic is open for walk in appointments from 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
