ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --   The Air Force is publishing a Notice of Availability (NOA) in the Federal Register that announces the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the B-21 Main Operating Base 1 Beddown at Dyess AFB, Texas or Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The publication of the NOA on March 19, 2021 begins a 30-day waiting period before the Record of Decision for this action can be signed.

The Final EIS and supporting documents are available on the project website at www.B21EIS.com. A printed copy of the Final EIS has also been provided to local libraries and repositories. A list of these local libraries and repositories is provided on the project website.
