Welcome to the 28th Medical Group. We provide nearly 16,000 eligible military beneficiaries in the region with a full spectrum of medical services. In most cases, we are able to meet the vast majority of family health care needs on base.

Flight Medicine

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Sick call is only open for Active-Duty flyers Monday through Friday at 7:30 a.m.

Mental Health Clinic

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed every third Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 4:30. 

For domestic violence and child abuse or neglect reporting, call (605) 385-3660 during duty hours. After duty hours, call the 28th Security Forces Squadron at (605) 385-4001, or 911 for emergencies.

Optometry Clinic

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. Closed 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm for lunch. The clinic conducts readiness training on the third Wednesday of each month starting at 1 p.m. All duty hours are subject to change for mission requirements. 

Physical Therapy

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed all federal holidays and the afternoon of the third Wednesday of every month for training. 

Immunization Clinic

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed the third Wednesday of every month for training at 12:15 to 3:00 p.m.

Public Health CLINIC

The Public Health Clinic offers services to all enrolled beneficiaries including deployment preparation, occupational health, travel medicine, entomology, food & public facility inspections and communicable disease control.
