Airman receives acquittal

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- A senior airman pled not guilty to one charge and one specification of wrongful use of cocaine in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice at a special court martial convened by Col. Kevin Kennedy, 28th Bomb Wing commander, Jan. 7.

Jan. 8, a panel of officers found him not guilty of the alleged offense.
