The Ellsworth Top 3 Association executive council along with our membership is excited and proud to play a role in strengthening our wing and community programs. The Top 3 consists of senior non-commissioned officers across the wing. Five members hold executive officer positions and another 23 members hold functional committee positions.

We're committed to taking care of our Airmen and Air Force mission. The Top 3 provides funds for Ellsworth's Airman Leadership School and the Peterson Air Force Base Non-commissioned Officer Academy Ice Breakers. We organize the senior master sergeant and master sergeant promotion release socials, 28th Bomb Wing Quarterly Awards Breakfasts, the 28th Bomb Wing Annual Awards Banquet, and the Senior NCO Induction Ceremony.

We are strong advocates of professional enhancement and college education. Members mentor and instruct during the SNCO and NCO professional enhancement seminars and present two outstanding Airmen with scholarships at Community College of the Air Force graduations.

The Top 3 is highly visible in the community, leading SNCOs and other volunteers to prepare and serve food to 100 people at the Cornerstone Mission monthly and participate in the United Way Day of Caring event each September. The group maintains the wing parade float which is displayed at the yearly Rapid City Festival of Lights Parade during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

In addition, the Top 3 raises money by sponsoring two Santa Maria barbecue fundraisers each year and these funds are distributed to each of the programs listed above. Donations are contributed on behalf of the Top 3 towards the wing Airmen's holiday party, Air Force Assistance Fund, Operation Warm Heart, and Fallen Airmen's Memorial.

Lastly, SNCOs attend and advise the Active Airman's Council and Group 56 at their monthly meetings. The Top 3 is always looking for SNCOs who are committed to mentoring and taking care of Airmen and
supporting the community. We meet the 1st Tuesday of each month at 11:30 a.m. in Dakota's Enlisted Lounge.
