28th Bomb Wing welcomes new commander

The family of Col. David A. Doss, the 28th Bomb Wing commander, sits alongside the family of outgoing commander, Col. John Edwards at a change of command ceremony on Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., May 20, 2019.
