Four Ellsworth Airmen reach highest enlisted rank

Wing leadership and chief master sergeants from Ellsworth went around base to congratulate the 28th Bomb Wing’s newest chief master sergeant selects.

Ellsworth’s newest chief selects are:

Chief Master Sgt. (s) Lucas Beaulieu – 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

Chief Master Sgt. (s) Anthony Floyd – 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron

Chief Master Sgt. (s) Robert Latimer – 28th Communications Squadron

Chief Master Sgt. (s) Daniel Miller – 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

The Air Force selected 531 senior master sergeants for promotion to E-9 out of 2,229 eligibles, resulting in a selection rate of 23.82 percent, which is higher than the 2014 and 2015 selection rates of 18.97 percent and 20.83 percent, respectively.
