FIrst Lt. Derek Fabricius, a production flight commander assigned to the 28th Munitions Squadron, has been appointed the Summary Courts Officer for the estate of Master Sgt. Mark Hayes, 28th Maintenance Squadron.  All claims for or against the estate of the deceased must be submitted to the SCO.
