First Lt. Matthew Stout, a Fabrication Flight commander assigned to the 28th Maintenance Squadron, has been appointed the Summary Courts Officer for the estate of Master Sgt. Scott Scovell, 28th Maintenance Squadron. 

All claims for or against the estate of the deceased must be submitted to the SCO.
