ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Ellsworth AFB is hosting an Appreciation Day event, Sep. 16, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Pride Hangar. The event will feature the Air Force's 70th Anniversary, focusing on the innovation, teamwork and heritage of our Airmen. The outstanding achievements of the 28th Bomb Wing Airmen, and the support of families and friends will also be highlighted. The event is open to all military ID card holders and invited guests, and will include aircraft static displays, food and entertainment.
