John Edwards, the 28th Bomb Wing commander, spoke at the Governors’ Interstate Indian Council 2018 general assembly held at the Crazy Horse Memorial to discuss the importance of relationships with the tribal community. Representatives from numerous states attended the meeting to discuss issues and concerns affecting Native Americans throughout the United States.
