Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. -- Col. John Edwards, the 28th Bomb Wing commander, spoke at the Governors’ Interstate Indian Council 2018 general assembly held at the Crazy Horse Memorial to discuss the importance of relationships with the tribal community.
