Offutt Brass hits a high note with Rapid City performance

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Offutt Brass, the brass ensemble of the United States Air Force Heartland of America Band performed at the Performing Arts Center in the Historic Theater in Rapid City on Oct. 14. The performance was dedicated to the Black Hills community, in appreciation of the contributions and support from the community’s citizens, elected officials and civic leaders.
