Marriage, divorce updates in DEERS

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Recently married or divorced Airmen are required to update their personal information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System as soon as possible.

Newly-wed Airmen are required to present a certified marriage certificate, their new spouse's picture identification and Social Security card to verify their marriage. To verify a divorce, Airmen are required to present a certified divorce decree as soon as the divorce is final.
