Free sports physicals June 5

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The 28th Medical Group will provide free sports physicals for Airmen and their families from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., June 5.

To be eligible, individuals must be up-to-date with all immunizations before June 5, and are required to bring a copy of their immunization record to the appointment.
