Automatic FSGLI repealed Jan. 2

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- As of Jan. 2, dual military couples no longer receive automatic Family Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance.

Couples married on, or after, Jan. 2 must complete an SGLV Form 8286A, "Family Coverage Election and Certificate," to elect coverage for their spouse.
