Badger Clark registration, screening April 8 to 12

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Douglas School District kindergarten registration and screening for the 2013-2014 school year is scheduled for April 8 through 12, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., at Badger Clark Elementary School.

Due to the screening process, registration will be by appointment only and children must be present.

Please call the Badger Clark Office at (605) 923-0080 to schedule an appointment by March 15.

To be eligible for kindergarten a child must be age five on or before Sept. 1, 2013.

Parents will need to provide the child's certified birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency and parent or guardian photo ID.
