ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The 28th Medical Group will provide free sports physicals for Airmen and their families from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 2, at the medical clinic.

To be eligible, individuals must be up-to-date with all immunizations before Aug. 2, and are required to have a copy of their immunization record with them during the appointment.
