Sir,

Sir, What is the reg on cigarette butts in the housing area? I've search the AFI and came up with nothing. I'm a non-smoker and I have neighbors that flick cigarette butts over into my fenced backyard and front yard. I've already had a talk with them about it, but didn't seem to work. I called housing inspectors and they couldn't give me a straight answer. So am I stuck picking up the neighbors cigarette butts?

Flicking butts over a neighbor's fence is more about being a good neighbor (or lack of in this case) than an AFI reference. Please contact the housing manager at 385-2575. If his involvement doesn't resolve the problem, he will elevate to the respective first sergeants.
