Free sports physicals June 14

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  The 28th Medical Group will provide free sports physicals for Airmen and their families June 14, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

To be eligible, individuals must be up-to-date with all immunizations before June 14, and are required to bring a copy of their immunization record to the appointment.
