ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The following Airmen have been appointed installation voting assistance officers for Ellsworth Air Force Base: Maj. Wendy D. Lobre, 28th Medical Operations Squadron chief of dental services at (605) 385-3657, and 2nd Lt. Seth R. Klint, 28th Contracting Squadron contract manager at (605) 385-1747.
