Palyan 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D -- Twelve base master sergeants received news March 8 that they have been selected for senior master sergeant. Air Force officials selected 1,702 of 12,351 eligible master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant for a selection rate of 13.78 percent.
