ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The Health and Wellness Center is providing special fitness and health classes geared for pregnant women on Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D.

These specialized fitness and health classes are all part of a program the Health and Wellness Center is offering known as Fit Pregnancy. The free program is available to all active duty members, and/or their dependents and any ID card carrying person.

The Fit Pregnancy program, through classes and demonstrations, focuses on proper diet, nutrition, body weight, body strength, and mental wellness. Maintaining and enhancing a healthy body, especially during pregnancy, is the mission of the Fit Pregnancy program.
