Tax center opens Feb. 1

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  The base Tax Center, a special office set up to provide income tax preparation assistance to military members, retirees and their families, opens Feb. 1.

The Tax Center is located within the 28th Bomb Wing Legal Office in the Rushmore Center. Volunteers will only be assisting with filing federal returns and will not be filing state returns. Airmen will be assisted on an "appointment only" basis - no walk-ins.
