Kindergarten registration, screening to start March 5 - 7

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Kindergarten Registration and Screening for the 2012-2013 school year at the Douglas School District is scheduled for the week of March 5 through March 9 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Badger Clark Elementary.

Due to the screening process, registration will be by appointment only and children must be present.

Please call the Badger Clark Office at (605) 923-0080 to schedule an appointment by Feb. 15.

To be eligible for kindergarten a child must be age five on or before Sept. 1, 2012.

Parents will need to provide the child's certified birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency and parent or guardian photo ID.
