ID card shortage

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE. S.D. -- Due to a worldwide shortage of dependant ID card stock, replacement cards will only be done within 30 days of expiration. Cards will not be replaced for changes in the sponsors' information. The military personnel section is not sure when this issue will be resolved.
