Rent in Centennial

QUESTION 
I had a quick question regarding rent in Centennial Housing. I am a single parent receiving senior airman pay. My rent is $900 for a two-bedroom home. I have heard rumors that the rent is intended to rise come this summer. Is this true? If the rent does rise, do they intend to make it beyond the amount that young Airmen can afford? Thank you in advance.
