Family care plans Published Oct. 12, 2011 ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- In accordance with Air Force Instruction 36-2908, single parents, dual military couples with family members and members with civilian spouses, who have unique family situation are required to develop a written plan to be maintained by their squadron commander or first sergeant. If anyone falls into one of these categories they need to contact their first sergeant for further guidance.
