The Rape Culture Published Aug. 4, 2011 ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The 28th Bomb Wing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response office will be hosting Dr. Jackson Katz Aug. 15, 2011 at the Dakota's Club Ballroom. Dr. Jackson's presentation, titled "The Rape Culture," focuses on how aspects of American culture create a climate that tolerates sexual assault and sexual harassment. His focus discussion will be on the media, music, use of language, and professional sports.
