ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Airmen from the 28th Bomb Wing participated in a Phase I Operational Readiness Exercise to test the base's preparation and mobilization from peacetime readiness into a wartime posture on short notice, June 20 through 22.
