Thanks for your interest in a dog park--this question came up during my last Heartlink session as well. We identified this need and included it in the privatization housing plan. As such, it would be a contractor run facility, not a base service, operated by the company selected to build the next round of privatized housing. The project owner should be announced and the design review begin in late July. Construction could begin as early as next spring. |
