New rule for dependents' Identification Cards

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- For initial issuance, replacement or renewal of a dependent ID card, the military sponsor must sign the DD 1172, application for a uniformed services ID card. If the sponsor is unavailable to sign, a person with a valid power of attorney may sign.
