ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  As of December 31, 2010, the maternity service dress coat as well as gray and dark blue scarves, gloves, mittens and earmuffs are no longer authorized, according to Air Force Instruction 36-2903, dated August 2, 2006.
