ELLSWORTH AFB, S.D. --  It is with deep regret that we announce the untimely demise of Capt. Martin A. Riggan of the 37th Bomb Squadron, 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. Maj. Brian Ignotowicz, 28th Bomb Wing Plans Office, has been appointed Summary Court Officer. All claims for or against the estate of the deceased must be submitted to the Summary Court Officer.
