CCAF students graduate Published Nov. 14, 2008 By Marsha Taylor Ellsworth Base Training and Education Office ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- One hundred eight Community College of the Air Force associate degrees were awarded to Ellsworth personnel during a graduation ceremony held at Dakota's, Nov. 14. During the ceremony, five awards were presented to top CCAF graduates. The Air Force Association awarded three $500 Pitsenbarger Awards to Master Sgt. Dawn Morgan, Tech. Sgt. Walter Hursey and Staff Sgt. Melissa Wells. In addition, an award of $150 was given by the Top 3 Association to Senior Airman Leah Borszich and an award of $100 was given by the Air Force Sergeants Association to Staff Sgt. Eric Hineman. CCAF is the largest accredited community college in the United States. To date, there are more than 326,000 degrees awarded since its inception in 1972.
