ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  A first lieutenant from the 28th Comptroller Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of false official statements, two specifications of fraternization and one specification of impeding an investigation. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $1,500 pay per month for two months.

A staff sergeant from the 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of dereliction of duty. Punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman and suspended forfeiture of $1,023 pay.

A staff sergeant from the 28 AMXS received an Article 15 for one specification of drunk driving. Punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman and a suspended forfeiture of $1,023 pay per month for two months.

A staff sergeant from the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of drunk driving. Punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman, forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months with forfeitures in excess of $250 pay per month suspended and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 28th Munitions Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of drunk driving. Punishment consisted of a reduction to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $894 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 28 AMXS received an Article 15 for two specifications of larceny. Punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman and forfeiture of $300 pay per month for two months with one month suspended.

An airman first class from the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of wrongful use of marijuana. Punishment consisted of a reduction to airman basic with a suspended reduction below airman and a suspended forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months.

An airman from the 28 AMXS received an Article 15 for one specification of dereliction of duty. Punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman basic and forfeiture of $150 pay per month for 2 months with one month suspended.
