Ellsworth Airmen play casualties
After completing the aircraft accident training, Ellsworth's Airmen board a CH-47 and ride back to the base.
Airmen participated in Joint Thunder 2007 for the first time in the exercise's existence. Joint Thunder is a realistic field training exercise which includes Army, Navy and Air Force units from 34 states, Canada, Singapore and Germany. Joint Thunder exercises provide better trained medics who are fully prepared to support the Global War on Terror, also it builds a better joint medical team. Medics gain knowledge on convoy operations, receive training in land navigation and participate in the Leadership Reaction Course.
