Todd Wivell 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The Air Force announced the results for the technical sergeant promotion cycle June 14. There were 70 selected, incoming personnel not counted, of the 412 eligible for the rank of technical sergeant at Ellsworth. The Ellsworth selection rate of 17 percent is slightly under the Air Force selection rate of 18.38 percent.
