ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Customers requesting photography, videography, graphics, tours, speakers and similar support from the 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs office will now utilize the PA Productivity Portal (P3) to submit work orders.
These services can now be requested at https://safpa.appianportals.com/request. This process replaces the formerly used Air Force Form 833 when submitting requests through the PA office. Customers can also reach via the 28th BW/PA Bomb Wing Public Affairs page at (https://www.ellsworth.af.mil/Contact-Us/Public-Affairs/) as well as under the quick links tab at the bottom of the main Ellsworth page (https://www.ellsworth.af.mil/).
Once customers access the portal, they will enter their email, servicing location (Ellsworth AFB), servicing team (28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs), and select the service being requested (general PA support or studio photography). Customers will then be prompted to fill in specific details about their request.
When requesting studio photography, such as an official or passport photo, customers will need to provide a valid military email (.mil) to request this service.
A "how to" training video produced by Vandenberg SFB is available at https://www.dvidshub.net/r/7dbjni and https://www.dvidshub.net/r/lc5fva.
If you have questions about the new system, contact the 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs office at (605) 385-5056 or via email at: 28BW.Public.Affairs@us.af.mil.
The portal is a mission-management tool for Department of the Air Force public communications professionals to receive and manage support requests, coordinate timely operations, track equipment acquisition and usage.
Additionally, the portal also streamlines targeted communications, centralize operational analysis and improvement of PA methodologies. By centralizing key data tools, PA can monitor daily operations and make data-driven decisions as part of its permanent management strategy.
