Family care plans required for unique situations

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  Family Care Plans: in accordance with Air Force Instruction 36-2908, "Family Care Plans," single parents, dual military couples with family members and members with civilian spouses who have unique family situations are required to develop a written plan to be maintained by their squadron commander or first sergeant.

If you fall into one of these categories, call your first sergeant for further guidance.
