Monthly water sampling results available online Published Jan. 29, 2015 By 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The 28th Medical Operations Squadron Bioenvironmental Engineering flight has published sampling results for the base's public water system for the month of January on the 28th Bomb Wing website. The results are located on the Environmental Matters page of the official Ellsworth AFB website at http://www.ellsworth.af.mil/library/environmental/index.asp. The site also includes the sampling results of each month from July 2014 to present. Monthly test results are updated each month. "In addition to the annual consumer report each July, we publish monthly reports to ensure our Airmen and neighbors have the most up-to-date information," said Master Sgt. Amy Sharpe, 28th MDOS BE flight chief. The water system at Ellsworth is routinely monitored for substances in accordance with state and federal regulations.
