28th Medical Group releases public health advisory

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- The 28th Medical Group Public Health office has released a Public Health Advisory regarding recent cases of Enterovirus D68 infections in several states across the U.S. Enterorviruses are very common viruses that usually peak in late summer and early fall.

To date, there have been no confirmed cases of EV-D68 in South Dakota. Please reference the full advisory for additional information on transmission and prevention, found here.
