28 CES Base Transfer Station Closing Oct. 1.

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  The base recycling center located in building 9049, known as the transfer center, will close Oct. 1.

The closure will save the base $30,000 per year. No adverse effects to the base populace are anticipated.
