Retiree Appreciation Day scheduled for Sept. 5

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. --  The Ellsworth Retiree Activities Office will host the annual Ellsworth Retiree Appreciation Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sept. 5, at the base commissary.

The event will feature informational booths throughout the day, and include a Case Lot Sale and door prizes. There will also be representatives from the Veterans Administration, TRICARE, and the Morale, Welfare and Recreation office to answer any questions retirees may have.

In honor of the day, there will be a Retiree Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dakota's Club, with a TRICARE beneficiary's representative as the guest speaker. Prices include $10.50 for club members and $11.50 for non-members.
