ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Tops In Blue, the U.S. Air Force's premier entertainment showcase, will perform a free concert July 2 at 7 p.m. at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City.

Tops In Blue is comprised of active duty entertainers from a wide variety of career specialties who will perform songs from popular musical artists along with patriotic classics honoring our nation and its heroes.
