Black Hills Veterans’ Job Fair aims to connect servicemembers, employers

ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Ellsworth has partnered with the National Guard as well as various local area employers for the upcoming Black Hills Veterans' Job Fair as part of the Hero2Hired program June 18 at the Western Dakota Technical Institute.

The Black Hills Veterans' Job Fair is designed to connect Guard and Reserve members, veterans, active duty military and their families with employers both locally and abroad.

Attendees can look forward to more than 50 employers and 15 service organizations representing not only local businesses, but also companies from across the country.

The Western Dakota Technical institute is located at 800 Mickelson Dr., Rapid City. An orientation is scheduled 12:30 to 1 p.m. with the job fair following from 1 to 5 p.m.
