Gate, road closures through Nov. 20 Published Nov. 13, 2013 28th Bomb Wing Public Affairs ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. -- Base officials announced that traffic on a few select roads and at gates will be impacted due to upcoming closures. Shriever Road is closed from the Liberty Gate traffic circle to George Street until 6 p.m. Nov. 13. Davis Drive will be closed from the Liberty Gate traffic circle to Ellsworth Street from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Nov. 14 and 15. Bismarck Gate will be closed to all traffic beginning at 1 p.m., Nov. 16 and will re-open Nov. 18.
