Terry Mills, Consumer Credit Counseling Service education and community outreach manager, counsels Airmen during a financial aid course called “Credit When Credit is Due” conducted at the Airman and Family Readiness Center at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., April 4, 2013.
